Your Photography, Your Focus
Your interests might take us towards an open glen in changing light, along the coast to work with the movement of water, or into woodland to explore its shapes and quieter details.
Sometimes it's a wider view that holds our attention; sometimes a reflection, a texture or a small arrangement within the scene. We can spend time with one subject or explore a mixture, depending on what you're drawn to and what the conditions offer.

How We'll Work Together
Before we meet, we'll have a chat about the photography you enjoy and anything you'd particularly like help with. That gives me a starting point for choosing locations and planning the day.
Out in the field, we'll look at individual scenes together. What's important in the frame? Is something distracting from it? Would moving a few steps, changing lenses or waiting for different light make a difference?
I'll explain the choices I'd make, while leaving room for you to try your own ideas. We can look at the results, revisit something that isn't clear and try a different approach. I might use my camera to demonstrate, but your photography comes first.
